Put the 2-1 puller into cylinder to reach sleeve.Screw top nut to make puller retain sleeve,then install 2-2 puller ring,and assemble No.1 puller ,screw top nut and take out the old sleeve.
Installation:
Put new sleeve into 3-1 Expander,then install 3-2 THREAD TAP, finally put the whole tool into cylinder,screw the top nut ,then the new sleeve will be installed perfectly.

For the removal and installation of clutch and gearbox on VW T4 it is essential to support
the engine with engine lifter A1509 . After undoing all mounting bolts, loosening the exhaust
flange and removal of all connections, the engine must be lifted and pulled or pushed to the right
front side until the pulley of the crankshaft gets almost in contact with the frame.Only then will
it be possible to remove the gearbox and change the clutch.

Battery Replacement
Once Display beings flashing:
Slide off the battery cover and rubber gasket, and then remove the battery by gently tapping the instrument in your hand. (Never try to face or pry the battery out). Insert the new battery with the positive pole”+” facing upwards and replace the gasket and cover.
Please dispose of used batteries at a proper collection center.
* Cleaning
Clean the caliper with a soft cloth DO NOT use any type of solvent. DO NOT immerse in liquid.
In case of water/coolant splash:
The electronic unit for this instrument is water resistant. In case of liquid splash, the display may possibly fail. Wipe off the liquid, be sure the liquid between the slider and beam is completely dried. Then rest the instrument.

Remove the battery for 30 seconds then reinstall.
Check battery contacts or replace battery.
RESET: In order to RESET the instrument, remove the battery, wait 30 second, replace the battery and turn the instrument on.
